MY STORY

Caroline Crowley is a chartered accountant and chartered tax advisor. Having graduated with an honors degree in Accountancy from University College Cork she started her career with Ernst and Young in Cork, Ireland working in the audit services division.

Following this, she moved to London to work in corporate tax for a US consultancy firm where she provided tax compliance and advisory services to British and Irish clients. She then continued her career in London working in a private tax boutique assisting high net worth individuals and also worked in a technical role providing UK tax updates including webinars and technical tax articles to accountancy firms based in England, Scotland and Wales.

 

Cork Tax Adviser

In 2014 she set up CPC Outsourcing which provides Irish and UK companies and individuals with cross border tax advice. In 2014 she won Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur in Cork North and West Category for her new business venture CPC Outsourcing.  Read more here Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award

In 2015 her startup, CPC Outsourcing was placed 2nd in Ireland in the Bank Of Ireland Start-Up Awards.

In 2016 she was asked by the Institute of Chartered Accountants to speak at their annual conference on the topic of “Game-Changing” in the Irish economy. She was also a finalist for the young accountant of the year in the Irish Accountancy Awards is that same year.

Caroline is passionate about supporting the West Cork economy. In 2016 she set up West Cork Business , which is a networking group for existing businesses in West Cork and is also designed to support businesses coming to West Cork in providing them with contact for local suppliers and local professionals. Caroline believes that West Cork can provide the perfect backdrop for any business and is excited for the opportunities that remote working will bring to the region.
